When Gods Comic Timing is Better Than Yours

Just when I happily planned to bunk my office after Lunch(Told my boss I think I am down with fever) God thought of playing joke on me. The moment I started packing, it started raining like cats and dogs. And let me tell you, I would have accepted the rain had there been real cats and dogs to play with because I love them. But no. It was literally pelting stones. I was hurt(emotionally)

It’s not everyday you think you can cut back from work and enjoy the rest of the at your leisure. For a change, Today seemed like a perfect day . All things delivered on time and ample amount of time wasted in practicing how I should autograph(Of course once I am famous I would need that. duh!!!) But here I am, stuck in office. Moreover, the loss is huge. Can’t use the same excuse over the next few days now. It has to be new and creative and innovative. The things my mind has to deal with. It deserves a break. Right? Fine, I will have an ice cream . That ought to freeze my brain for a while.

      I would think that’s more of a real reason than a excuse. It’s really great how much importance kids have in their parents life. ☺️
