Spoiler alert : Busy weekend ahead. Found the house and shifting in progress. That explains a lot. Isn’t it?
Meanwhile, I learnt a new board game Scotland Yard. It’s basically about 5 detectives and 1 thief. The detectives can work together to get hold of the thief. The only thing is that the location of the thief is hidden. The detectives have to assume where the thief is and if they are able to detect him then they are the winners else the thief is. Also there is three mode of transportation for the detectives : Bus, Taxi and Underground. The thief has four transportation. The fourth one being Black ticket (water transportation). The thief will reveal his location in the first round and then the detectives have to figure it out. The only thing is that the thief will keep giving hint by the mode of transport. Of course I have just told the overview of the game. If you haven’t played scotland yard do go through the rules before and let the mystery begin. 😀
I am always in for new games and I love playing them. Let me know if you have played scotland yard? I would definitely recommend it. I know it’s the age of PS4 and all but I feel board games connects me with the real people. The pleasure of playing with your friends and family together is unbeatable. The constant bickering and cheater shout outs is missing in video games. Don’t you think so?

I LOVE board and card cames. I haven’t played Scotland yard but Clue is one of my family’s favorites. During the summer we have poker nights. When I was growing up my father taught me 7-card stud, 21, 5-card draw, spades, dominoes and we played Yahtzee. Good times…that’s what we are going to do tonight-Yahtzee.

Ahh that sounds fun😀 Though I am not aware of Yahtzee but I am curious to know more about it. These are such great time pass games. I love them🤗

I’ve not tried this game but it sounds fun. My family love bored games, it’s what family time is about. My favorite is still scrabble, love how it teaches children new words & spellings… X

I guess Scrabble was the first board game I ever played and then Business. These are really helpful. Playing and learning along. Could we ask for anything better 😀
You should definitely play this one with your family.

That’s good to know that the value of board games is not lost. I used to play video games too but as a kid we weren’t allowed to play video games like it is played nowadays. I remember there was a day fixed and I would eagerly wait for mom or dad to connect the game on TV😂 But one thing that was constant was board games. I feel happy about it now🙂

You must definitely give it a try. I had fun with it. Other than that you should definitely play monopoly (cards) if you haven’t yet. That’s even better than Scotland yard☺️

Monopoly cards? I’ve played Monopoly a whole bunch but didn’t know there was a card version! Will have to look into that 😊

If you enjoy boardgames, then Yes! His show can be found on YouTube, and every episode features him and some geeky celebrities playing a new board game. They go over the rules and game play and has been a major factor in the last 4 board games I’ve bought.
